Project features include- 50,000 BPH gravity dump with 20’ long dump grate to receive material from rail cars. 414,000 bushel capacity GSI corrugated steel bin. Extend existing 20,000 BPH upper fill drag conveyor to discharge to new 20,000 BPH upper fill drag conveyor above new GSI bin. 10’ square intermediate support tower to support upper conveyors and new 7’ wide walk-thru trussed machinery bridge with 20,000 BPH drag conveyor. Bin unloading is achieved by use of 16” diameter sweep auger and 50,000 BPH enclosed belt conveyor in the reclaim tunnel.
