We are a service-oriented organization. Our intent is to provide our customer with the best service
possible. This includes:
- Sales staff
- We work vigorously to develop layouts and pricing to meet the customer's needs.
- Experienced personnel
- Each of our employees, including hourly and salaried personnel, is considered to be a
permanent employee. We hire our personnel from the Salina and surrounding communities and send
them to the jobsite from Salina. We have a total of approximately 50 personnel; 10 in the office,
6 in our fabrication shop and approximately 34 field personnel.
- Quality installations
- We are an installer first. We approach each project with two main goals:
Durability and serviceability, each provided utilizing the best in workmanship.
- Fabrication
- We perform specialty metal fabrication in our shop.
- Integrity
- We do our best to provide realistic goals and to attain them.
- Communication
- We intend to keep our customer well informed.
- Long term relationship
- We practice the "quality partnership" concept, both with our customers and our suppliers.
